CUSTOM DESIGNED PROGRAMS

The purpose of a custom designed program is to meet specific needs, tastes and preferences of our guests. We offer a variety of services like defining, designing, organizing and carrying out all aspects of a tour or function. These services are offered to groups of any size; from an individual who is interested in a privately escorted tour, to a social, business or religious group that may require lots of resources.

Browse through these web pages and give us an idea of what you want in your program. It could be as simple as taking one of our preset tours and converting it to private or as complex as designing a complete tailor-made, sky is the limit, ultimate package.

Our services can be expanded to include special arrangements with Turkish educators, curators and leaders of different fields (from Archaeology to Zoology). For a more personal experience, arrangements can be made a few times a year for Neri to accompany groups in their travels. Our services are available in other languages too.

Create your own themes and activities or pick one or more of the following to include in your itinerary: Antiquity, nature, culture, religious, photography, modern Turkey, the arts, entertainment, music, belly dancing, folklore, ornithology, shopping, spectator sports, caving, hiking, yachting, golfing, culinary and wine tasting, spa, thermal springs, cooking, pottery making, carpet weaving, Turkish immersion, business/profession related, etc.

We put together a sampler of hotels on page 40 but we can hand pick any category hotel for your group. Some guests forego the luxury hotels and prefer to stay at hotels rated as Special Category. These have less amenities but have character and charm. They vary from historic buildings like Pera Palace where Agatha Christie wrote her mysteries, to unusual settings like a cave hotel.

Once you are ready to request our services, please fillout the Custom Design Request Form or send us the information via fax, email or mail:
Your name, address, telephone number, purpose of the customized program, specific places, themes and activities to include, number of people in the group, program dates, level of service (economy to deluxe pampered service), other special needs if any and budget per person or for entire package.

We will get back to you within one week to offer you the options available for your price range and work from there. You will be pleasantly surprised at the value of our custom designed programs because nobody wants to show Turkey as much as we do.
