Our tours are designed to give you the best exposure to the treasures of Turkey while providing a worry-free vacation from the time we greet you at the airport until the time you return. As per itinerary, our guests will be accompanied by a friendly knowledgeable guide who will bring to life and give details of the places visited. Our guides are bi-lingual, university graduates and are certified by the government. 

With us, there are no hidden fees involved, as everything is clearly stated on our web pages. Our regular tour packages use only 4 star, 5 star and special category hotels (as designated by the Tourism Ministry). When we say guaranteed departures, we mean it. So a couple taking a tour together does not need to worry about cancellations due to insufficient number of participants (many tour operators require a minimum number of people otherwise they cancel the trip at the last minute). 

Services
As our name indicates, we specialize in Turkey only and offer excursions to neighboring Greece. Our services can be divided into two:

Preset Tours offer fixed itineraries and are combined with other guests. These tours are guaranteed to depart with a minimum of 2 people only. 

Custom Design Packages are specifically made according to your needs. It can encompass anything, from modifications to an existing preset tour to a completely original tour.  

General Information
To assist you with your planning, some useful information is provided below:

Clothing: Casual clothing and comfortable footwear are appropriate everywhere. However at mosques, shoes are taken off and ladies should cover from shoulder to knee plus their hair.
October - April require clothing that will keep you warm and dry.
April - October requires sun protection like cap/hat, sunglasses, lotion and a light jacket for the evenings, especially in central Anatolia and Black Sea regions.

Currency: The currency is the Turkish Lira. Exchange bureaus are abundant. Most merchants accept US dollars and major credit cards. ATMs are widely available throughout Turkey.

Electricity: 220 V / 50 Hz, round two prong outlets. Most hotels have US 110 V outlets for shavers only.

Group Discounts: We offer group discounts. Please select a tour or send us any itinerary for a quote.

Guarantee: Once your payment is received your tour and departure date are guaranteed. After your reservation is confirmed, any currency fluctuations and price hikes will be absorbed by us.

Hotel categories: The Turkish Tourism Ministry categorizes the hotels; the more stars, the more luxury and amenities are to be found at the hotel, a five star rating is the highest. For your comfort all of our preset tours (excluding Hiking Tour) use 4, 5 star and special category hotels. Since we concentrate on a few select hotels only, it enables us to offer more for less. Note, some less developed areas of Turkey may not have your hotel category, in that situation we use the best available accommodation.

Reservations: To make a reservation, please first read the Terms & Conditions. Then fill out the pertaining request form linked at the bottom of pages or provide the following via fax, email, phone or mail: Tour name, including optional mini/day tours and any extensions, tour dates, group size, names as shown on passports, hotel category (4 or 5 star), single or double occupancy, contact name, telephone number, address, fax or email. Within one week a deposit check of $200 per person is required and the remainder of the balance is due 45 days prior to the tour date. If your tour date is within 45 days then full payment is required at time of booking. Three weeks prior to your tour, your documents including vouchers, tickets, hotel information and telephone of the local tour director will be mailed to you. Airplane Tickets: Due to the volatility of airfares and to better serve our customers, we quote airfares at the time of request. This enables us to shop for better pricing and specials. Please provide the class (business or economy) and city of departure/arrival. Also guests have the flexibility to shop for their own tickets or use their mileage programs.
